County Mississippi and now headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

goal is to develop fresh, original and unique community-based solutions
for the economic conditions of under-served independent business
owners and low-income working families through affordable benefits
and assets protection programs as well as
environmental ecological disasters protection systems for the Gulf
objective is to achieve these goals through the cooperation, support
and assistance of private citizens, education institutions,
major corporations as well as public interest groups and other Foundations.

subsidiary American Employees Association (AEA), our medical emergency
protection and personal financial
safety-net management assistance program for disadvantaged
independent small businesses and uninsured workers include:
preservation, protection and restoration program for the Mississippi
Gulf Coast entitled Save
Our Coastline * Save Our Cities consists of an ecological
disaster, flood protection
and seawall coastal conservancy system.
This may be one of the few community-based National Service initiatives
inaugurated since the concept was introduced by President OBama.
