All funds are transmitted in gross directly to the AEA VEBA Trust Fund at the Bank and Trust Company.  

The Trustee will then pay out based on a fixed formula the underwriter’s premiums, claims handling, administration, consultant fees and commissions to associates and representatives.  

Approved Claims are paid based on the monthly reports to the Trustee.
